DAY - 1

Swiss Border or Airport - Interlaken

Arrival in Interlaken by train 2nd class from the Swiss border or any Swiss airport. Overnight in Interlaken.

DAY - 2

Interlaken

Excursion from Interlaken up to the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. From Interlaken Ost the train takes you via Grindelwald. The Jungfrau Railway takes you up to the Jungfraujoch – at 3454 m/11’333 ft the highest railway station in Europe. Breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight in Interlaken.

DAY - 3

Interlaken Lucerne

Today, travel on a rail journey from Interlaken to Lucerne. Rest of the day at leisure for you to explore. Overnight in Lucerne.

DAY - 4

Lucerne

Lake Lucerne cruise from Lucerne to Alpnachstad, then up to the Pilatus Kulm 2132 m by the steepest cogwheel railway in the world (from app. mid May to November), during winter you take the bus from Lucerne to Kriens and further with the panorama gondolas from Kriens up to the summit on Pilatus Kulm. Time at leisure. Overnight in Lucerne. Important Note: Kriens - Fräkmüntegg - Pilatus Kulm - Fräkmüntegg - Kriens-Operation will be suspended on 30 and 31 March 2026 and from 19 October 2026 to 27 November 2026 due to maintenance work; Alpnachstad - Pilatus Kulm - Alpnachstad-The cogwheel railway will be in operation from 11 May 2026 to 29 November 2026.

DAY - 5

Interlaken Swiss Border or Airport

Return to Swiss border or airport or continue your stay in Switzerland at your own request.
